The Holy Month is almost upon us, which means it’s time to make sure you have a wardrobe jam-packed with appropriate pieces.

But where to start? Dressing modestly but still stylishly – and taking into consideration the summer heat – can feel a little overwhelming, especially with a wealth of labels releasing limited-edition lines in time for Ramadan.

However, we have one idea for where you should start.

This month, Bloomingdale’s is hosting exclusive Ramadan pop-ups at its Dubai and Kuwait stores, which will be bursting with a covetable selection of modest fashion from regional designers.

The curated collections make finding iftar-ready outfits a breeze, while also showcasing a range of local labels that fly the flag for Middle Eastern fashion.

Among the designers included in stores will be Dubai-based label Bouguessa, known for its minimalistic pieces and clean silhouettes.

Fresh white fabrics and long lean lines are the focus of the label’s latest collection, which are guaranteed to keep you both cool and chic over the Holy Month.

If you need to elevate your kaftan game, Chador will come to the rescue with its line that blends classic cuts with contemporary details.

Whether worn with leather sandals and layered bangles for suhoor, or dressed down with sports-luxe sneakers for the weekend, you can’t go wrong with one of these in your wardrobe.

Lady Fozaza

For separates that can be mixed-and-matched to modest effect, Alanoud Badr’s Lady Fozaza line of power suits and boardroom-ready blazers won’t disappoint.

Fellow labels joining the Bloomingdale’s pop-ups include Dubai’s Ayesha Depala, while the Kuwaiti edition will also welcome Amira Haroon, Osman and Sandra Mansour, to name a few.

For the perfect finishing touch, accessories brands Sofia Al Asfoor, Amanda Navai (above), Nathalie Trad, Sandra J, Rula Galayini and Okhtein will showcase their wares, while Aennis Eunis will help you put your best foot forward in their intricately-cut shoes.

Iftars, we’re ready for each and every one of you…

The Bloomingdale’s Ramadan pop-ups will be in-store until the end of the Holy Month.
