This high-street label has created an inclusive new campaign
(We’re happy to be debated on that point, she’s got a lot of great ones to choose from).
The Queen actress in fact turned to a label from this neck of the woods for her streamlined floor-sweeper, which came from Reem Acra’s Resort 2018 collection.
With the gown’s pared-back colour blocking and restrained use of metallic detailing, the Lebanese designer ensured Mirren looked both regal and contemporary all at once (and that’s no easy feat).
The Beirut-born label described the actress as “the picture of elegance” in the design, in an Instagram post shared shortly after the event.
We concur—Mirren is a one-time Queen of Britain, and all-time Queen of the red carpet.
We’ll leave you with the best of the rest from the night…
