Is it coming to Dubai? Our fingers are crossed.
She’s been partying with sister Bella at the Coachella music festival this weekend, but it wasn’t all play for Gigi Hadid.
The half-Palestinian supermodel took some time out from watching the performances to help launch H&M’s newest designer collaboration on Saturday night.
The Swedish retailing giant has previously teamed up with industry heavyweights including Kenzo, Balmain and Karl Lagerfeld, and its next limited-edition collection has been created with (drum roll please)… Moschino.
That’s right, the high-street favourite and the Italian fashion house have joined forces on MOSCHINO [tv] H&M, a line that will land at H&M stores and websites on November 8.
Previous designer collaborations have come to Dubai branches, and the latest looks likely to be no exception, with the range released “worldwide” according to a statement.
News of the collection was revealed at an exclusive party attended by the likes of Cardi B and Emily Ratajkowski, where an Instagram video call between Gigi Hadid and Moschino’s creative director Jeremy Scott was projected on digital screens.
Twenty-two-year-old Hadid also repped the line at the bash, wearing a look from the upcoming collection that shows customers should expect plenty of playful prints, off-beat graphics and a healthy dose of urban appeal.
The range will encompass women’s and menswear, as well as accessories and some “extra surprises”.
“My life’s work has been to connect with people through fashion, and with this collaboration I’ll be able to reach more of my fans than I’ve ever had the ability to do,” Scott said in a press release.
