Kendall Jenner is a believer in healthy eating and before fashion week she ate only clean food. Not so much as a diet but more of a sensible eating plan, which favours the consumption of natural foods, lean protein, good-for-you carbs and fats, fresh fruits, and vegetables in the right amounts.

Eating whole, unprocessed food is the mantra. Kendall also drinks copious cups of water and detox tea.

  • Processed food
  • Refined food
  • Artificial ingredients and preservatives
  • Fizzy drinks
  • Fruit juice

KENDALL’S DIET ADVICE:

“Strawberries and apples – fruit is great to snack on because it’s healthy and it fills you up too.”

Breakfast

  • Eat breakfast every day, within an hour of getting up.
  • Egg white and turkey scramble
  • Pumpkin spice latte

Lunch

  • Vegetable stir fry with bison

Kendall isn’t interested in fad workouts. She keeps it simple. “Being active and keeping busy. It’s kind of ingrained in me to keep fit and active, whether it’s working out or running around with friends,” said Kendall. “”I like running.” And that she does. Here’s her workout regime:

While running certainly helps sculpt her enviable abs, the model admits she also does “anything core related” to maintain her washboard stomach.

“My beauty secret for fashion week is just getting a good amount of sleep. I feel like I at least need about seven hours, eight hours of sleep to function.”

“I usually start my day off with a cup of detox tea. I have like 12 cups a day.”

“Don’t let other people bring you down and ignore the haters.”

“I boost my energy through work outs and eating healthy.”
