Have your New Year’s resolutions to get fit and healthy in 2016 not gone to plan? Fear not, starting February 1 Madinat Jumeriah is launching a full month of fitness.
Madinat Jumeriah is hosting its wellness month during February with nutrition clinics, fitness classes and spa deals to help you get you shape, inside out.
What’s so good about the wellness event is that you don’t have to be a member of Talise Fitness to enjoy many of the classes, and even better, many of the classes are free!

Local residents and hotel guests alike can take part in the ultimate wellness experience, which kicks off with a morning beach yoga session on February 1. Each day a selection of complimentary activities will be offered including yoga, Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Vinyasa yoga, group exercise classes, wellness consultations and meditation courses.
On February 4 guests can try the AlphaSphere DELUXE by Austrian artist Sha, who will take guests on a holistic journey of inspiration, relaxation and rejuvenation.

For those interested in learning about healthy, fresh cooking, Talise Wellness Executive Chef Gabriele Kurz will host a healthy breakfast cooking class on February 6 for Dhs99. The session also includes a special wellness morning yoga class beforehand. In partnership with Dubai Health Authority, Talise Spa will host a blood donation day on February 7.
On February 20 a monthly wellness morning meditation and health talk by Winnie Rode will take place priced at Dhs99. Winnie will offer tips on how to de-stress and escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
Finish the month by participating in the 108 sun salutations yoga class on the beach after fresh coffee at the Talise Fitness wellness morning. On February 29 guests can continue their journey of self-discovery with the spa night held on the last day of the month. The evening will allow visitors to relax, try mini treatments, wellness drinks and canapes for Dhs99.
