Enlisting Louisa Rose Allen aka Foxes to be the face of a fashion ad is a no brainer. She already looks like a model and her quirky rockstar-girlfriend-meets-Twiggy style, complete with her signature eyeliner flick, makes her the perfect ambassador, which is no doubt why she has been snapped up as the face for H&M’s new Divided campaign.

The popular high street brand have just announced the 26-year-old British singer-songwriter and Grammy Award winner as the face of its H&M Loves Music campaign for its cutting edge Divided collection.

Burnt orange, cobalt blues and monochrome are the prominent colour palette for the autumn 2015 range, which the singer models for the stunning adverts, which were shot in Los Angeles, with Foxes wearing a cool mix of new season essentials: bomber jackets, varsity sweatshirts, slogan T-shirts, mini skirts and bootcut jeans.

“It was so much fun shooting the H&M campaign. The clothing has tons of character, which means you can really play with the looks and the best thing is it all still feels like me,” says Foxes.

Reflecting Foxes’ personality, the collection is a playful mix that allows for experimentation with personal style. Our favourite pieces? The sheer mustard lace top, long black fluffy-knit sleeveless cardigan, and the tribal-print mini shorts.

True to the new ambassador’s style, accessories are essential to the collection with everything from wide-brimmed hats, and chunky-heeled platform boots – incidentally, both of which are key pieces for autumn/winter 2015.

Discussing the choice of its new brand appointment, Pernilla Wohlfahrt, H&M’s Head of Design said: “Foxes has the perfect style for this campaign – her effortless look is so inspiring. It’s about a mix of fun pieces that can be worn together in so many different ways.”

We can’t wait to shop the collection, which will be available in selected H&M stores worldwide, as well as online, from mid-July.
