Here the fashion and beauty mogul talks exclusively to Emirates Woman about the collaboration, achieving her dream and reviving hippy chic.
On the collaboration… “I wanted to recreate and incorporate the sparkling stones and shinning side of my jewels in the capsule collection, for morning-to-night make-up. I loved collaborating with Sephora, they are lots of fun and they helped me to express my love for colours. Sephora is all about innovation and prestige cosmetics. I love their passion and the fact that they are playful; they allow their customers to touch and experiment.”

On her inspiration… “The colour inspiration comes from the 1970s hippy chic vibe. In the collection you can find the contrast between sweet pastels and electric colours. Soft shades during the day and glitter-glam at night.”
On beauty… “I’ve been raised in a really feminine world, around glamorous women, haute couture and make-up. I am addicted to make-up and I collect eyeshadows, just because I love the colours. That’s why it has always been my dream to have my own make-up collection and, thanks to Sephora, my dream has come true!”

On colour palettes… “I love to play with contrasts and colours like I did with my mono-eyeshadows. They are like little crystal jewels in fancy colours and metallic shades made specially to bling-bling and shine. I’ve used an array of hues from electric turquoise, fancy lilac, blossom peach, passion pink and white snow – they’re the perfect for mix and match colours and textures.”
