Talk about a room with a view, these new apartment buildings in Dubai could just be the hottest properties on the market.

Located adjacent to the Dubai Opera, in the heart of The Opera District in Downtown Dubai, Emaar Properties have unveiled plans for their new luxury residences.

The two-tower project called Act One, Act Two (notice the pun?) are 52-storeys and 46-storeys high, respectively. Combined they offer 718 residential units as well as ground floor retail units and cafes, a health club, spa and swimming pools.

Not only do the towers offer views of the Burj Khalifa and the Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, but their location close to Dubai’s multi-format venue for performing arts, concerts, theatre, operas, art exhibitions and film events makes its one of the emirate’s premium addresses.
