Awkwafina took to the red carpet in a blush pink ballgown by the Beirut-based designer.
The hotly-anticipated Crazy Rich Asians had its Hollywood premiere on Tuesday night, and the red carpet looks were just as luxurious as you would expect from a film with that name.
Asian-American rapper Awkwafina, who plays Goh Peik Lin in the movie based on the debut novel by Kevin Kwan, caught our eye in a breathtaking blush pink ballgown by Lebanese designer Reem Acra.

It wasn’t the first time the star has turned to the Beirut-based label – she also wore an ethereal ivory silk jumpsuit by the designer to the premiere of her other major blockbuster this year, Ocean’s 8.
Other stars paid homage to Asian designers, reflecting the significance of the film’s all-Asian cast.
Filipina actress Kris Aquino, who makes a cameo in the film as Princess Intan, wore a stunning yellow gown by young designer Michael Levya, also from the Philippines.
“It is my honor to proudly represent the Philippines,” the actress wrote on Instagram.
Aquino wears a couture creation by another Filipino designer in the movie – the legendary Michael Cinco.
Meanwhile, Constance Wu, who stars as Rachel Chu, dazzled in a crystal-embellished Ralph & Russo gown.
