Dubai has firmly made a mark as the fashion capital of the Middle East. The spotlight was turned at The Dubai Mall over the weekend as leading names in the fashion industry made their way to the city for the Vogue Fashion Dubai Experience. From Franca Sozanni, Peter Dundas, Eva Herzigova and Former First lady of France Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, the two-day event saw international socialites and bloggers out and about in the UAE.

It was also the weekend that saw Will Smith and wife Jada Pinkett-Smith on a special holiday in Dubai, and a mandatory Burj Al Arab selfie was shared with his 75 million followers on Facebook. American model, dancer and designer Dita Von Teese was also spotted at the Banyan Tree Al Wadi in Ras Al Khaimah while Spanish model and socialite Gala Gonzalez posed aboard an Emirates aircraft as one of the crew, as you do.

We heard that legendary actor Jackie Chan just wrapped up his cast and crew as he stayed in Dubai for almost a month while filming his movie Kung Fu Yoga.
