Think Kristal caviar in frozen bisque mache emulsion, Beluga Imperial caviar tortellini paired with white chocolate infused foie gras, and black truffle, asparagus and snow pea salad with Oscietre prestige caviar.

Guests will have the chance to learn from caviar experts over the course of the evening, with conversation to cover both varieties and the history of caviar.
