He might just be the world’s best dressed twenty-something prince.

You can often find us mulling over the world’s most stylish royals, constantly updating our top 10 based on a new public appearance.

However, while his mother HM Queen Rania al Abdullah is a firm favourite, for some reason her eldest child has always flown under our radar, style-wise.

That is, until now.

While Crown Prince Hussein has numerous worthy attributes (such as his gift for passionate and eloquent public speaking, as well as his knack for commandeering a helicopter), it’s also worth noting his ability to hit the nail on the head when it comes to dressing for the occasion.

The 23-year-old royal, who is heir apparent of King Abdullah II of Jordan, has become a regular fixture in the public eye of late, embracing a more political and ambassadorial role since graduating from Sandhurst Military Academy last year.

Whether visiting the World Economic Forum or hanging at home with his family, he can be relied upon to pull out the perfect suit, while his outerwear collection is seriously covetable.

Here, we’ve rounded up a few examples of why we think Crown Prince Hussein might just steal the title of best-dressed prince (sorry William and Harry).

Dapper in navy

This three-piece suit, worn while the royal and his father hosted talks with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas at Basman Palace, was given a debonair twist with a polka-dot tie and pocket square.

Off-duty edge

Crown Prince Hussein’s coat game is on point with this grey wool number, offset with a simple white tee, relaxed denims and tan suede boots.

Well collared

See what we mean about his coat game?

Regal but relaxed

While the royal can do fashionably formal when the event calls for it, he’s also nailed that in-between dress code of open-collared shirt, dark jeans and a slick jacket.

Laidback luxe

He even makes sweats look high fashion.

Tied up

For a meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, the Crown Prince added extra interest to a classic black suit with a printed tie.

A nod to his heritage

The royal can often be seeing donning a traditional keffiyeh on Jordan’s Independence Day.

Outdoor uniform

Hussein can do dressed down, as he proved in this checked shirt and chinos combo while hiking at Wadi Rum.

Checked in

While the Crown Prince typically turns to classic suiting, he makes an excellent case here for embracing bolder, printed tailoring.

On the road

When it comes to Crown Prince Hussein’s looks, this one of him in a simple T-shirt, sunnies and leather gloves might be our all-time fave.
