Ladies are asked to perform the self-examination, then paint their first three nails with pink, post the image to social media with the hashtag #PowerOfThree. After that they will act as ambassadors to spread awareness about the importance of early detection and ask their friends to do the same. Kaya is offering a 15 per cent discount on all its packages in the month of October, for whoever supports the cause and walks in with only three fingers painted in pink.

What: Fairmont Ajman free screenings and afternoon tea
Fairmont Ajman, in partnership with the Pink Caravan, will offer free screenings and consultation as part of the Friends of Cancer Patients (FoCP) national breast cancer initiative with a slogan ’Riding For Courage’. Available for all guests and Ajman residents, the medical unit will conduct free and discrete screenings by certified physicians on 28 October from 11am-3:30pm at Fairmont Ajman.
