Kerzner International have just launched the sale of their apartments at the Royal Atlantis Resorts and Residences, and we’ve got some serious home envy.

Interested? Well, the price of a two-bedroom unit starts at around Dhs7.65 million, going up to Dhs37.5 million for a penthouse, so they’re definitely not for everyone.

The Royal Atlantis will have stunning views of the Dubai skyline.

The 43-storey resort complex is looking to be finished by the third quarter of 2019, and will be one of the tallest towers on The Palm when complete.

With 795 rooms in the resort wing and 231 units in the residences wing, there’s no doubt in our minds that Royal Atlantis will be a smash hit among the Dubai elite.

Twenty-seven units were released in the last quarter of 2016, of which 12 have been snapped up by Emirati, Indian, Belgian, Dutch and Russian buyers.

If you’re wondering how much it costs to construct such a luxurious building, owners ICD will be sinking Dhs5.14 billion into the Royal Atlantis Resorts and Residences.

“The development will become the new landmark of Dubai and will support the ‘Dubai Plan 2021’ in positioning it as one of the best places to live in the world,” said director of The Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences, Issam Galadari.

We’d say we’ll start saving now – but we’re not sure we’d have anywhere near enough, even by 2019…
