Don’t let the humidity and heat let you down in the beauty stakes. A chic up-do is all you need to keep you cool and keep you looking on-trend. Step One: Apply label.m Volume Mousse, blast dry hair and smooth through with a brush.

Step Two: Take a wide profile section from the centre of the forehead to the nape and gather into a ponytail on each side, securing at the nape area.

Step Three: Spray the middle section with label.m hairspray and use a comb to smooth the section back.

Step Four: Take the length and place a knot, making sure the ends are out.

Step Five: To finish, spray with label.m Hold & Gloss Spray to secure in place
