And the best part now is that many restaurants across Dubai are extending their ladies’ nights to include dinner deals. Whether that’s a discount on the total bill, or unlimited drinks when you choose to dine, there are a bunch of great offers for the girls mid-week.

Sunday: Coco on 8
Formerly known as the Dek on 8, the poolside outdoor lounge at Media One Hotel has had a Miami-inspired makeover, and now goes by the name of Coco on 8. Every Sunday, it runs arguably one of Dubai’s longest day-to-night offerings. There’s unlimited slushy cocktails for the girls from 12pm to 5pm, plus an additional three free drinks from a house selection from 5pm to 10pm, as well as a selected menu of plates from the ladies’ night menu priced at Dhs30.

Sunday: The Rib Room
For a discounted night out with girlfriends, The Rib Room at both Jumeirah Zabeel Saray and Emirates Towers does a tasty ladies’ night menu of food and drink every Sunday. From 6pm to 11pm, ladies can take advantage of a three course set menu and unlimited beverages from a selection for Dhs130.

Tuesday: Karma Kafé
This pan-Asian restaurant is one of the best spots in Souk Al Bahar for those never-get-old fountain views. And now the popular Sake In The City ladies’ night has gone and added a food element to the deal. Every Tuesday, ladies can get 50 per cent off their food bill as well as three free drinks, while mixed groups get 25 per cent off their final bill too.

Tuesday: The Scene
The Scene’s ladies’ night is well known for being part of the Pier 7 circuit (four other restaurants in the tower also have Tuesday ladies’ nights), but now the popular British restaurant is adding food to their offering. With the purchase of any main course, ladies can enjoy two hours of unlimited drinks alongside retro beats from the ’90s and ’00s.

Tuesday: Al Hambra
Senoritas Night happens every Tuesday at this authentic Spanish restaurant in Jumeirah (the terrace here is gorgeous). For Dhs150 per person, ladies can sample a selection of traditional tapas, cold cuts and Sangria. There’s a lively atmosphere, and it’s well situated for both indoor and al fresco dining.

Their Madame Butterfly ladies night often packs out both the bar and terrace, but there’s also a great deal to be had in the restaurant at China Grill. This recently opened Italian on The Palm is bringing the girls together for a ladies night of pizza and prosecco at its picturesque lounge looking out onto the Arabian ocean. Wednesday: Le Petit Belge
